Selecting a package
Whether you know exactly what you want from a website, or you need a little guidance, our process starts on a call with one of our dedicated technical sales specialists. It’s a perfect opportunity to tell us a little bit about your business, what you require from a website and why you’re interested in what we have to offer. It’s also a great opportunity to find out more about us, how we work, our process and why we’re unique.
The legal stuff
By the time you’ve finished talking to a member of our team, you’ll have chosen a package fit for your business (including a robust annual hosting and support package – essential for ambitious businesses with lots of traffic and pages bursting with functionality). We’ll agree time frames with you and send you our terms and conditions to be signed electronically. This protects you and your website and means that we’re ready to begin work on your project.
Once all of that’s out of the way and a 25% deposit has been paid, it’s time to start customising your new site…
Your dedicated developer
Once you know what you want, we’ll allocate you a dedicated developer based on your businesses specific needs. They’ll work alongside you until your website is complete and will be on hand via email to answer any questions you have during the process. To keep our prices competitive and our turnaround times fast, we’ve developed our own unique content acquisition and design specification process. Our process comprises of two parts, and provides your developer with a solid blueprint from which to build your website:
Gathering content: first, you’ll be sent a link to an online form. You’ll be asked to provide us with key business information such as contact numbers, locations and content for each of the pages you’ve specified at step 1. You’ll also be able to upload your company logo, select a colour scheme for your website and choose stock images from third party websites we work with. If you’re a start-up and have opted for our branding package, we’ll request a brief to help us build you a stylish logo that speaks to your customers.
Customising your website: next, it’s time to choose a skin for your website. We’ll send you a link to a private page showcasing of a range of different templates we have designed specific to your industry. Either choose one you love or mix and match elements from each. We know what makes a website work and every one of our custom themes is guaranteed to convert traffic into leads for your business. What’s more, you’ll also get to choose from a range of industry leading plugins to power your website, meaning it’s practical and useful – as well as stylish. For financial services, we offer interest and mortgage calculators, for recruitment businesses, job board plugins allowing candidates to filter and apply for roles right on your site.
Once we have everything we need, your developer will begin building!
Feedback & minor changes
Once your site been built, your developer will send you a link to each page, giving you the ability add comments and feedback. We’ll send you the homepage first, followed by each of your additional page designs. As soon as you’re happy and the balance of the project has been paid (and a direct debit set-up for your on-going hosting and support package), your site will be pushed live. Once live, your developer will ensure the website is SEO friendly and visible to search engines.

FAQs
All of our websites are built using WordPress, the world’s foremost content management system. Our websites are powered by Elementor, a leading WordPress page building application. We have designed our own themes for the industries we specialise in, all of which can be adapted and customised to your own requirements. All of our sites are hosted and supported right here in the UK.
We do not write content for our clients, although we can recommend third party content writers should you require them. For a 5-page website, content writing will cost £150 + VAT (£30 + VAT per page). Once you have your content, you will be able to upload it to a Google form, ready for your developer to add to your new website. We will not start building your website until we have received your content.
Yes. Our top package includes logo design as well as business stationary and a company presentation. For more information, or to see some examples of our work, please contact our sales department.
Yes. Once you have agreed a website specification and selected a hosting and support package fit for your website, we will send you our terms and conditions to sign electronically. Our hosting and support packages are on a rolling 12-month contract.
